Former Chelsea defender Ashley Cole admitted that Jose Mourinho wasn’t his favorite manager at Stamford Bridge.

Cole is playing at Derby County under Frank Lampard now. The defender was playing at Chelsea from 2006 to 2014. Together with the Blues, he managed to win the Premier League title, four FA Cups, the League Cup, the Champions League and the Europa League.

Ashley had a chance to work with various coaches at Stamford Bridge including Jose Mourinho, but he was most impressed by Carlo Ancelotti and especially by Luiz Felipe Scolari.

Cole admits that these two coaches made the biggest impression on him. Scolari came and breathed new life into Chelsea, the team began to play just like the Brazil national team. The manager gave Ashley a lot of freedom on the left flank. Jose Bosingwa did the same on the right flank.
