36-year-old Quagliarella called up by Italy

The Italy national team’s mentor, Roberto Mancini, announced the list of players for a Coverciano training camp next week.

Squadra Azzurra planned a short training camp, what will be held on 4-5 February, in anticipation of the start of the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying tournament.

Roberto Mancini called up 31 performers to a two-day Italy training camp, though it is not an official squad. Among all the footballers it is worth to highlight 36-year-old Fabio Quagliarella.

This season, the forward of Sampdoria scored 16 goals and gave 6 assists in 20 matches of the Serie A.

The Italy national team will play two matches: against Finland and Liechtenstein within the framework of the European Qualifiers on March 23 and 26, respectively.
